Head Coach Dayman Lake
BIO
Dayman lake started his mma journey in 2008 as an overweight security guard with a little bit of traditional martial arts knowledge. He walked into an unassuming sports club with a desire to learn something new to get in shape. Soon a hobby became an obsession and competitions seemed like the next sensible step for development. Grappling and jiu jitsu competitions and open house boxing gym shows became an amateur mma career and after going 8-0 as an amateur Dayman had to make the serious decision on whether to pursue a professional career in combat or leave it as a hobby. He chose the prior and what a ride it has been for him since. Fighting in places like Kazakhstan Kansas and many more, highly touted in the UK and globally ranked, but not without adversity. Having two children at a young age and still supporting a family through all of this.
A decision had to be made. Either continue fighting in the hope he can make enough money for a better life or give back the knowledge he gained and make a business out of doing so. He chose the latter
